Summer’s Coming Smoothies

Here are two scrump-dilly-umptious smoothies that are truly good for you.

Orange Smoothie

2 cups frozen mango chunks
2 cups frozen peach slices
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup miniature carrots
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup honey
1 banana, peeled
Directions
Put the mango chunks, peach slices, yogurt, carrots, orange juice, pineapple chunks, honey and banana in a blender and blend until everything’s totally smooth.
Violet Beauregarde (Willy Wonka 1971) Smoothie

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Mixed Berries (blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Etc.)
1/4 head purple Cabbage
1 whole banana, Peeled
1/4 cup honey
1 cup Cranberry Or Grape Juice (100%juice)
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
